Our Approach

  • Body Composition Measurements - Bio-Impedance Measurement(s) + weekly weigh-ins

  • Built BOOST™ - Nutritional Consult and Coaching from RDN (Breakfast, Obtain Calories, Optimal Snacking, Supplements, Target Macros)

  • Assigned Hydration - The athlete will be required to arrive at training with water, carb, and electrolytes feedings (or sent home)

  • 1-Week Food Journal - Athlete will be prescribed a surplus or re-composition strategy - e-mail a weekly food log for weekly analysis 1-3x each enrollment

  • 2-4x/Week - Non-Processed Snacking - Athlete will keep clipboard on-site - log their weekly clean snacking strategies

  • Supplements - Athletes will be encouraged to supplement protein to reach calorie and macro goals x creatine to increase training performance (consult doctor prior to starting - consult our RDN)

  • Fitness - The athlete will increase clearance and buffering capacities using % based on their max Alactic outputs

  • Speed - Vertical (Rate of Force) - Drop/Pogo (RSI) - 3x Broad (Horizontal SSC) - 10yd Sprint - Flying 10 @ 30yds - Pro-Agility

  • Strength - Is evaluated in technical proficiency: external loads and weight will not be added until the body is organized

  • Prep Blocks (Nov-Dec) - Bulk (Jan -May) - Re-Composition (June - Aug) Maintain (Aug - Nov)
